Arraignment for Henderson City Attorney Elizabeth Quillin is set for 9 a.m. Monday in Henderson Municipal Court on charges of DUI, hit and run and having an open container of alcohol in her vehicle.

The presiding judge will be Moapa Valley Township Justice of the Peace D. Lanny Waite and the Clark County District Attorney's office will supply a special prosecutor, Henderson Municipal Court administrator David Hayward said today.

Quillin was booked into the Henderson Detention Center last month on the misdemeanor charges and was placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the case and an internal city investigation.
