Adult entertainment superstar turned non-porn actress turned budding rock star Sasha Grey played DJ and host at Nikki Beach at the Tropicana for daytime revelers Thursday afternoon, and Erik Kabik was onsite for the sun in the fun -- er, fun in the sun -- too much fun!
Grey, whose post-adult career includes HBO’s Entourage (as Vincent Chase’s latest love interest) and Academy Award winner Steven Soderbergh’s The Girlfriend Experience, wore a surprisingly demure pink top, a white skirt and peep-toe pumps to spin the wheels of steel. Also at Nikki Beach on Thursday: DJ PS1, Jump Smokers and Sky Nellor.
Grey’s performance followed Wednesday’s debut industry night featuring music by Pete Wentz and DJ Scene and a performance by Black Cards. Today and tomorrow at Nikki Beach and Club Nikki, Playboy photographers are leading a photography seminar and are in search of the next top centerfolds, as Robin Leach and Vegas DeLuxe reported on Wednesday.

I'm surprised Sasha can even walk straight.
The best night at this new joint has already come and gone. It's all downhill from here.
To stoop so low as to "feature" someone beneath that of the likes of no-talents such as Paris Hilton to promote a notable club (at least by name and reputation) is old news in Vegas.
It's now just another club hustling to bring in business like the rest, using its Miami branding but without bringing with it its upscale patrons.
Only in Vegas can you get away with some washed-up ex-porn brat being paid big bucks to draw crowds. And what does that tell us of the crowds? They are no better. When was the last time the parent company in Miami used such pseudo-celebs to promote its club? Another disappointment, yet par for the usual course for a Vegas club after its big grand opening.
After the initial hoopla of a Vegas club's birth, it's business as usual. Churn 'em and burn 'em...
