NBA legend and pop culture provocateur Dennis Rodman went big with his 50th birthday celebration in Las Vegas, hosting at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at the Paris last night and also showing up at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at the Paris, Crazy Horse III, XS at the Encore and Wolfgang Puck’s Riva at the Venetian while in town.

The party at Chateau for the five-time NBA champion and cigar aficionado also served as the launch of his WB Brand Cigar line. The ex-NBA all-star arrived at Chateau dressed in a psychedelic, floral-patterned Loudmouth Golf blazer over a lacy black camisole with jeans, white-and-orange Nike Air Force Ones and an Ed Hardy baseball cap. Rodman, who is 6’6”, stood out in the crowd of fans.

Rodman and his group took over Chateau’s Strip-side terrace and enjoyed Grey Goose and Red Bull in their private cabana overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. Rodman changed into a black-and-white houndstooth sport coat before jumping up on a banquette to dance with go-go dancers and make it rain dollar bills.

Rodman passed out cigars to partygoers and got on the mic, saying, “We’re in Las Vegas! The only city in the world where you can do whatever you want.” Before settling into his VIP cabana for the evening, he signed autographs and posed for photographs with fans. While at the Paris, Rodman also dined at Sugar Factory American Brasserie and shopped in the retail store.

His birthday meal of shrimp cocktails, chicken skewers, sliders, macaroni and cheese pops, New York strip steak, Black Angus filet and pan-roasted Pacific salmon was washed down with Sugar Factory’s signature cocktail Berry Bliss and topped with a giant King Kong Sundae. Rodman signed a stack of Sugar Factory’s dinner plates to give to fans.

At the retail store, Rodman gave out a few boxes of his cigars to fans and got behind the cafe counter to pose for photographs with the staff as he assisted with helping guests choose from the store’s gelato flavors. Rodman thanked everyone for the well wishes and birthday love before heading upstairs to Chateau.

While in Las Vegas, Rodman stopped by Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club, where his group and he drank Jagermeister at their VIP table. Rodman got the club hyped as he stood near the dancers’ stage and made it rain hundreds of dollar bills. Rodman also partied at XS at the Encore with DJ Diplo and had breakfast, which included a Corona(!), with a friend at Riva by Wolfgang Puck at the Venetian and drinks at nearby La Scena.
