Sean Kingston, with his mother Janice Turner, celebrates his 21st birthday at Tryst at the Wynn on Feb. 11, 2011.

Singer Sean Kingston celebrated The Big 2-1 at Tryst at the Wynn last night with family, including his mother Janice Turner, and friends, among them DJ Hype King and Andrew Chin.

A slimmed-down Kingston walked the carpet, telling media he has lost 35 pounds due to exercise and sporting a diamond-encrusted Bentley gold chain, a platinum diamond watch, a gold diamond bracelet and multiple-carat diamond earrings. Kingston and his group celebrated at a VIP table raised over the dance floor inside Tryst, recently named Nightclub of the Year by the Nightclub & Bar Awards.

The Tryst staff, among them Managing Partner Jesse Waits, presented Kingston with a four-tier birthday cake from Freed’s Bakery covered in Jamaica’s colors and decorated with its own bling, an edible oversized gold chain featuring Kingston’s logo and a gold 21 atop. DJ Spider led clubgoers in “Happy Birthday.”

Kingston performed three songs with Spider, Hype King and Chin. He kicked off with “Take You There” but stopped a few bars in to yell, “I’m 21, Vegas!” Kingston praised Nicki Minaj before breaking into their song “Letting Go (Dutty Love).” He told the crowd, “I just turned 21, and I feel so blessed. I have to give a shout out to Mama Kingston in VIP. I love you!” He closed the set with his hit “Fire Burning.”

Before finishing, Kingston told partygoers, “It’s not only my birthday … someone else out there is celebrating, too! There’s someone very special I want to bring to the stage.” Sean then asked his mother to join him, as she celebrates her birthday on Valentine’s Day. The Tryst staff then brought out a second gold cake with red roses for his mother.

At 5:30 a.m., Kingston sent a tweet out to his nearly 1 million followers, saying, “What an amazing nite!!!!!!!! This Vegas party was the best ever wowowowow.. I had too much fun.. We was swaggin tha whole night.. Heavy!”
