Summerlin expands with Amado in The Mesa village

Pulte Homes has announced the opening of a new neighborhood, Amado in The Mesa village, on Summerlin's south side.

The homebuilder is offering six two-story home floor plans, ranging from 1,810 to 2,575 square feet as part of two collections: Ventana Amado and Terraza Amado. Prices begin in the low $200,000s, Pulte announced last week.

The homes are designed to be environmentally friendly.

Richmond American Homes is also planning to open additional model homes in Amado later this year, the company said. At full build-out, Amado will have just over 500 homes.

The Mesa is a 500-acre village, home to The Mesa Park and Bishop Gorman High School, and is Summerlin's southernmost community.

For more information, call 702-262-2265 or visit the model homes at 5579 Alden Bend Drive.
