Clark County is soliciting applications for those interested in serving on the Clark County Shooting Park Advisory Committee.
The deadline is 5 p.m. Feb. 15 for the 12 openings. The committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Applicants must be 18 years or older and a qualified elector.
The shooting park, 11357 N. Decatur Blvd., opened in 2010. The Clark County Commission voted on Tuesday to re-establish the committee, which originally advised the commission of the design and development of the park, to provide input on facility design, programming, fundraising and promotion.

PUBLIC SHOOTING FEES (As of August 2010)
$7.00 per day for rifle, pistol, and archery
$6.00 per round (25 birds) for shotgun
$20.00 per day for camping
