A woman was in critical condition tonight at University Medical Center after a crash involving eight vehicles, Metro Police said.
The accident occurred near Desert Inn Road and Jones Boulevard. Metro received the call around 8:40 p.m. for an accident in which a woman was ejected from a vehicle.
Just two vehicles were part of the initial collision, police said.
Desert Inn Road east of Jones Boulevard and Jones Boulevard to the Desert Inn Road intersection are currently closed.
Metro is continuing to investigate.
