Now is the perfect time to buy that strip club you’ve always wanted. Or maybe it’s the worst possible time—one of the two. The building that currently houses Rick’s Cabaret, a 25,000-square-foot property at Desert Inn and Procyon, is for sale. But current CEO Eric Langan isn’t exactly making the hard sell. In a press release, Langan said, “We do not believe the Las Vegas market itself will return to its former strength in the near future.” He added, “We have done everything possible to make this location viable since its acquisition in 2008 and we now believe it is in our shareholders’ best interests not to continue these efforts.” So, Mr. Langan, did you want us to start the bidding at $1.99?
Rick's Cabaret Las Vegas Rick's Cabaret Las Vegas combines all the best elements of a gentlemen’s club, an ultra lounge and a sports bar. With large screen TVs and frequent parties for sporting events, Rick's is a fun place to catch all the must-see games. Rick's offers entertainment by over 500 dancers on six stages, and VIP rooms like the Library Bottle Lounge or the Piano Room are the perfect place to enjoy bottle service and VIP dance specials. In addition to the typical gentlemen’s club entertainment, Rick's also offers breathtaking aerial acts, cabaret-style showgirl reviews and other feature acts. The upstairs “Sky Lounge” at Rick's morphs into a pulsing late-night dance club after hours, and guests can sip on a wide selection of vintage wines, sample stogies from a luxurious cigar bar or escape the crowds in the Grand Havana VIP Salon. 3355 Procyon Street Las Vegas,
