Officials for the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas say a cold water pipe broke inside the Las Vegas Strip resort, forcing the closure of two restaurants and its main sports book.

Cosmopolitan spokeswoman Amy Rossetti said Tuesday that nobody was injured or evacuated from the casino because of the break.

Clark County spokesman Dan Kulin says the fire department was not called.

Rossetti says the resort's pizzeria is expected to reopen at 11 a.m. on Wednesday. She says officials haven't decided when to reopen the Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill or the race and sports book run by Cantor Gaming.

The $3.9 billion Cosmopolitan opened in December.
