Collier International Las Vegas recently assisted two area businesses in buying new commercial property in the valley.
DriveTime Car Sales Company, LLC, purchased a 23,000-square-foot property on 4.7 acres at 3030 E. Sahara Ave. for $1.95 million on March 23.
Zions First National Bank acquired a 10,280-square-foot property at 528 S. Casino Center Blvd. The bank paid $1.05 million in the transaction on March 25.
