Metro Police said an 18-month-old child fell from a third-story window Monday night in the eastern valley.
Police responded at 8:10 p.m. to the incident at Sportsman’s Royal Manor, 5600 Boulder Highway. The child was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in unknown condition but Metro Lt. Glen Lowe said the child was awake and breathing.
Lowe said the child's mother was at the hospital while the grandmother was at the home with detectives.
Details on the cause of the incident and the gender of the child weren't immediately available Monday night.
