The Clark County Coroner’s Office today identified a man who died Wednesday after a robbery attempt and shooting outside a bank near Sunset Park.

Amanpreet Singh, 31, of North Las Vegas, died from multiple gunshot wounds to the torso, according to the coroner. His death was ruled a homicide.

Metro Police were called to the Wells Fargo Bank near Sunset Road and Eastern Avenue about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday to investigate a reported shooting.

Officers found Singh lying with multiple gunshot wounds near the front doors of the bank. He was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in critical condition, but died later that evening, police said Friday.

Investigators are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men in connection with the shooting, but authorities didn’t have descriptions of the men on Friday.

Police said they fled in a silver, possibly four-door, Ford F-150 pickup truck with no bedcover or camper shell.

Anyone who may have seen the suspects or their vehicles are being asked to contact Metro’s Homicide Detail at (702) 828-3521, or Crime Stoppers by phone at (702) 385-5555 or online at crimstoppersofnv.com.
