A 4-year-old boy who initially was resuscitated Friday after being found in a swimming pool at a home in Henderson died Tuesday, according to the Clark County Coroner's Office.

Apollo Jett, from Henderson, died at a hospital, but the coroner hasn't ruled on a cause or manner of death.

City spokesman Bud Cranor said authorities responded to a call from a family who found the boy floating in the pool shortly after 7 p.m. Friday in the 2400 block of Legacy Island Circle, near Wigwam and Green Valley parkways.

Rescuers revived the child and took him to St. Rose Dominican Hospitals-Siena Campus, officials said.

Henderson Police Department officials were at the scene Friday night, but Cranor said the incident was being treated as an accident.

Poker News Daily reported the boy is the son of poker professionals Chip and Karina Jett.
