Watch any episode of Top Chef and you finish the hour with a clear sense of the food served. You know who nailed it, who flailed and who's packing their knives and hitting the road—without tasting a single bite. Well, it's time to grab a napkin and dig in.

Less than a month before Top Chef All-Stars premieres on December 1, Food & Wine magazine stops in Las Vegas November 5-7 for a culinary festival starring local chefs like Rick Moonen, Shawn McClain and Julian Serrano, alongside Top Chef top competitors including fan-favorite Fabio Viviani and Las Vegas cast vet Jennifer Carroll. Take a cocktail seminar with a Food & Wine contributing editor; dig into Viviani's egg sandwich at the champagne and caviar brunch; or make the rounds at the All-Star Tasting featuring Aria's signature restaurants and the Top Chef alums.
