Senate candidate Sharron Angle has made up her mind on President Barack Obama's pick to join the Supreme Court.

She'd vote no.

Senate hearings for Elena Kagan's nomination started Monday.

The Republican Angle told Chicago radio station WLS-AM that the former Harvard Law School dean lacks judicial experience and would waiver from a strict interpretation of the Constitution.

She echoed conservatives' arguments that Kagan would bend the law to suit her own agenda, a claim Kagan disputes.

At one point Angle says she would be "very cautious in confirming anyone would doesn't embrace the Constitution as the rule of law," but it wasn't clear if she was referring to directly to Kagan.
