Five injured in two-vehicle collision

Two-vehicle collision
Three teens and two others were injured in a two-vehicle collision early this morning at the intersection of Washington Avenue and 21st Street, according to Metro Police said.
Authorities said a 1997 Ford Mustang was traveling north on 21st Street about 1:20 a.m. Sunday when it collided with an eastbound 1996 Chevrolet Suburban at the intersection of Washington Avenue. Police said the Chevrolet entered the intersection and collided with the left side of the Ford.
The driver of the Chevrolet, identified as 48-year-old Alexander Taylor, was taken to University Medical Center with moderate injuries, along with three teen passengers riding in the Ford. The driver of the Ford, identified as 20-year-old Salvador Bravo, was hospitalized with serious injuries, police said.
Other details weren't immediately available. The crash is under investigation.
