The Justice Department will probably lodge a court challenge to the legality of the Arizona immigration law.
But the Arizona law only mirrors the federal immigration law already in effect, which the U.S. government will not enforce.
Are these federal officials actually this ignorant, or simply catering to a segment of the population in the hope of ensuring a future (Democratic) electorate?
