Bill Oakley’s primary responsibilities include lender and investor relations. His extensive experience in the financial services industry aligns well with Stable’s controlled growth strategy. Oakley moved his family to Las Vegas six years ago when he accepted the Southern Nevada market president position for First National Bank of Nevada. His responsibilities included managing the Southern Nevada Commercial and Construction Lending Divisions and overseeing the Retail Division. At the peak, he managed more than 70 employees and a complex loan portfolio exceeding $900 million. In 2007, he earned First National Bank’s President’s Award for his leadership, commitment, and performance. Oakley is recognized as a community leader. He has been an active volunteer member of Opportunity Village’s Foundation Board since 2006, serving on the Finance and Investment Committees.
