As the director of operations for Nexus 30, Peebles is responsible for all day-to-day sales operations and administrative functions within the company. Nexus 30 is a specialized sales and marketing organization dedicated to leading developers in the design, marketing and sale of resort, urban and mixed-use communities providing irreplaceable lifestyles for owners and guests. Nexus 30’s portfolio includes some of the highest profile resort and urban properties throughout North America. Prior to co-founding Nexus 30, Peebles worked for Prudential Americana Group – High Rise Division where she led the efforts to facilitate the sales operations in the launch of two of the company’s premier projects - Fairmont Tamarack in Idaho and the Four Seasons Ocean Residences. Peebles real estate career began in 2000 and her project experience includes resort, urban, condo-hotel, village, high rise, mid rise, golf communities and fractional real estate.
