As director of residential business development, Tammy Burns is responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting market research, and monitoring products and services within the Southern Nevada property management marketplace. She is also charged with the expansion of Terra West’s residential management client base through acquisition of investor rental portfolios. Burns’ career spans more than 20 years in residential real estate as an experienced community association manager, property manager of residential rentals and residential specialist for Prudential Americana Group Realtors. Burns is a licensed State of Nevada Real Estate Broker Salesperson with a Property Management Permit, and a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, where she served on the Property Management Committee and Forms Committee. She held a position on the Marketing Committee for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Burns is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and Nevada Association of Realtors and has been selected to participate in the NVAR 2010 Leadership Group.
