Robert W. Potter, and his father formed Affordable Concepts Inc. in 1985. The company began as a home remodeling firm and has grown into one of Southern Nevada’s top general contracting companies, celebrating their 25th year in business in 2010. Through the leadership of the upper management team, ACI has developed a fair and honest reputation resulting in strong, long-standing relationships with owners, developers and subcontractors. Potter is a leader in the construction industry and is actively involved in community, civic and professional organizations. He belongs to AGC Las Vegas, ABC, NAIOP, CCIM, AIA, and USGBC. Potter serves on AGC of America’s Board of Directors as well as AGC of America’s Government Affairs Committee. He has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 23 years and received his LEED AP accreditation in 2009. Potter earned a law degree from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Reno.
