Robert L. Palochik helped to form Affordable Federal Services LLC in 2009 to focus on the immediate needs and project requirements of government clients. AFS is a design/build construction company serving Federal, municipal and commercial clients. The AFS team is proud to provide consistent, optimum performance, “best-dollar-value,” technically acceptable expertise, on-time construction scheduling, and completing projects within budget. With more than 38 years of construction experience, Palochik has solid leadership skills, a team-oriented positive attitude, and does whatever it takes to satisfy the customer. Palochick actively participates in AGC’s Public Works Committee. He is the national treasurer of the Vietnam Dog Handler Association, an organization dedicated to the memory of our nation’s “War Dogs”. Palochik served in the USAF from 1966-1970 and received both a Bronze Star and Purple Heart while serving his country.
