Randy Broadhead has been one of the region’s top office brokers for 25 years. Broadhead (and his partner, Brad Peterson) represents owners and tenants of office properties for sale/lease. Clients include The Howard Hughes Corporation, Pronaia Capital, Infogenesis, EJM Development, AT&T, DSA Development, Regus, TELUS, and Clark County. The Broadhead/Peterson team has leased and sold over 7.5 million SF of office space in the last five years. Broadhead is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), where he is co-chair of business development and a chapter top producer. He is a member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). Broadhead’s team was honored as NAIOP’s “Office Broker of the Year” in 2007 and 2008.
