Penny Mendlovic moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles after spending many years in the Fashion Apparel Industry in wholesale manufacturing, sales and retail capacities. When she first arrived in Las Vegas, she joined NAI Horizon, where she specialized in retail commercial leasing and sales, including landlord and tenant representation. In December 2004, Mendlovic joined CBRE as a senior associate specializing in retail.
