Paul Jaramillo is the President and co-founder of Par 3 Landscape & Maintenance. With roots dating back to the largest landscape and turfgrass companies in Nevada owned by his father and grandfather, Jaramillo has learned every aspect of the industry from the ground up. He recognized the emerging need to service the valley’s fledgling master-planned communities and established Par 3 in 1995 with his partners Shawn Buckley and Mark Rockwell. For the past 15 years, Par 3 has provided service to many of Las Vegas’ finest communities, resorts, and businesses including Summerlin, Southern Highlands, and Peccole Ranch, Station Casinos, Palms, Las Vegas Springs Preserve, and Summerlin Hospital. Jaramillo’s experience in the golf course industry spans three decades and continues through his sister companies. Par 5 Enterprises keeps Las Vegas’ finest golf courses green throughout the year by providing millions of pounds of proprietary grass seed, chemical, and fertilizers. His latest venture, Par 4 Golf Management, maintains enviable course conditions combined with first class service at Badlands and Primm Valley Golf Clubs.
