Patti Dillon is a vice president in the Industrial Division of Colliers International. Since joining Colliers in January 2004, Dillon has been involved in over $398 million in sale and lease transactions. Before joining Colliers International, Dillon was the general manager of a 1.2 million square foot portfolio with Harsch Investment Properties. Her primary objectives and responsibilities as general manager included maximizing portfolio income and occupancy while minimizing operating expenses, supervising leasing and property management staff, maintaining tenant relations, and creating and implementing comprehensive business plans for individual assigned properties within her portfolio. Prior to her time with Harsch, Dillon held the position of Marketing Officer for Thomas & Mack Development Group. As marketing officer, she was responsible for marketing and leasing the company’s Las Vegas portfolio. Dillon is experienced in all aspects of industrial real estate including investment sales, land disposition, and landlord and tenant representation. Dillon is a member of the Southern Nevada chapters of NAIOP and SIOR.
