Nikkole Liesse is director of marketing for The Howard Hughes Corporation, an affiliate of General Growth Properties of Chicago. Liesse oversees the development and implementation of all marketing and advertising related programs for the 22,500-acre master-planned community of Summerlin. She began her builder/developer career at Centex Homes in Las Vegas in 2002, where she served as operational marketing manager, overseeing all marketing efforts for the company’s 14 communities in Las Vegas, including the launch of the division’s first active adult neighborhood. She also worked as a vice president of marketing for Susan Shook & Associates managing real estate development accounts and generating new business. In December 2009, Liesse completed the University of Nevada Las Vegas’ Executive MBA program. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in corporate communication from UNLV. Liesse was named one of 10 “Rising Stars” by Las Vegas Business Press in 2008.
