Nick Hannon is senior vice president at Territory Inc., a Las Vegas-based development company, where he leads a team of leasing specialists and oversees marketing. Hannon’s more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate includes development, acquisitions, asset management and brokerage. He has originated the development of more than $250 million worth of shopping centers in the western United States. He previously worked in acquisitions, asset management and in senior leadership roles with Mass Mutual, Mutual of New York and Consolidated Capital. Additionally, he co-founded American Income Properties, which was a shopping center REIT. Hannon earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University with a real estate graduate certification from the University of California, Irvine. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a Nevada real estate broker.
