Natalie Allred, CPM, is vice president of property management for American Nevada Co., a Greenspun company that specializes in the design and development of master-planned communities and commercial properties. She has more than 19 years of real estate brokerage and property management experience and is responsible for overseeing all functions of the property management department. Her duties include the supervision of the company’s property managers, maintenance, security and administrative personnel; development of annual budgets, financial reporting, development and implementation of capital improvement programs; and maintenance of positive and productive tenant relations. Allred joined ANC as a property manager in 1996, and in 2003, she was elevated to the position of senior property manager, in which she supervised the activities of property managers for the company’s office and retail properties. Allred is also an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. ANC has a 3 million-square-foot commercial portfolio, which includes the 90-acre master-planned Green Valley Corporate Center Office Park and The District at Green Valley. ANC also has been the lead development partner in the master-planned communities of Green Valley, Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills and Aliante. In recent years, ANC has expanded into markets outside of Nevada, including development partnerships on a 4,000-acre project outside of Tucson, Ariz., a 3,000-acre development near Houston, Texas, and a proposed 14,000-acre community in Pueblo County, Colo.
