Michael Stuart is senior vice president in the Land Division at Colliers International – Las Vegas, where he has been a top producer with over $1 billion dollars in sales and was named “Broker of the Year” in 2009. Stuart was a founding broker with Stuart Mixer Commercial, which became Colliers International in 1997. He has more than 18 years of experience in all aspects of land assemblage and sales, with an emphasis on residential, commercial and multi-family land. Stuart’s major clients include: KB Homes, Hillwood Residential, Bank of America, Key Bank, Kimball Hill Homes, Vested Housing Group, Centra Properties, Las Vegas Development Associates, Stable Development, and Montecito Companies. Stuart graduated in 1991 from San Jose State University, in San Jose, Calif., where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Since graduation, he has been involved in commercial real estate in Southern Nevada.
