Bradford founded Stable Development in 2005 to promote his unique office building model in Las Vegas, since then Stable Development has propelled to one of Las Vegas’ most successful commercial office developers. His tenant ownership model has out performed the market and led Stable’s successful navigation through a challenging economic environment. Bradford graduated from UNR earning a B.S. in Business Administration and is a licensed CPA. In 1992 Bradford co-founded L.L. Bradford & Company, a Las Vegas-based CPA firm and has become one of the largest CPA companies in Nevada. As president of Vestin Mortgage, he successfully positioned Vestin for a $500 million initial public offering, he then left the organization to create Stable Development and focus on the continued success of L.L. Bradford.
And this man's career is termed sucessful? He has lost 92% of Vestin's clients' money, mostly seniors, hobbled Vestin with lawsuits totaling in the scores of millions of dollars, and just moves on? Welcome to the American way of capitalism. And I see Vegas just won the distinction of having the largest number of unemployed in the nation. Bravo, Sun, for your recognition of a leading businessman.
Great in depth journalism. Business partner Kale Flagg is synonymous with fraud. Vestin as already noted is bankrupted by lawsuits (fraud). How is it that this would be enough to prevent most CPA firms to have them as clients and these are the people he works with?
