Kevin Higgins is senior vice president of Voit Real Estate Services’ Las Vegas office. He and his team have won NAIOP’s Industrial Broker/Team of the Year in 2010, 2008, 2007, 2006, 2003, 2001 and 2000, as well as NAIOP's Special Recognition Award in 2004. Higgins was also the top-producing broker at Voit Real Estate Services company-wide for four consecutive years (2007, 2006, 2005 and 2004). With more than 25 years of experience, Higgins’s knowledge of the industrial market is unparalleled. He was the past president of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and previously served as the president of National Industrial and Office Properties. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities.
