CommCap represents diverse real estate debt and equity sources, including insurance companies, pension funds, banks and specialty lenders. Russell has been a mortgage banker in Southern Nevada since 1996. He was senior vice president and branch manager for GMAC Commercial Mortgage and its successor, Capmark Finance, prior to founding CommCap Advisors in late 2006. Before moving to Las Vegas, Russell headed up national mortgage lending for Penn Mutual Life in Philadelphia. He also held senior lending positions for Pacific Life in its Newport Beach, Chicago and Seattle regional offices. Russell is a licensed broker/salesperson and is a member of NAIOP. He is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa.
