Joseph E. Kupiec Sr., who has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, is managing director and principal for Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas. Since founded in January 2000, Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas has completed in excess of $2.8 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Under Kupiec’s leadership, the firm has expanded its investment, multi-family, industrial, retail, land and management services divisions, and has become one of the leading commercial brokerage firms in Las Vegas. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis|Las Vegas in 2002, Kupiec served as vice president of asset management for The Dunn Companies and office and mixed-use operations for The Howard Hughes Corporation. Kupiec is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, NAIOP, Nevada Development Authority, Building Owners and Managers Association International, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and Henderson Chamber of Commerce.
