John Sullivan is president and general counsel for Territory Inc., a Las Vegas-based development company and a market leader among retail developers. Sullivan oversees the Territory team in all phases of land acquisition, development, leasing and management. He is also the chief operating officer of Sturm Enterprises LLC, an investment vehicle with ownership in such wide-ranging operations as unrestricted gaming locations, real estate and a strip-based nightclub. Sullivan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate degree from the George Washington University Law School. He is a licensed Nevada attorney and an unrestricted Nevada gaming licensee. Sullivan is currently an active board member of several community and charitable organizations within Southern Nevada including, president of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the board of directors of Nevada Commerce Bank, the development committee of Bishop Gorman High School and the president of the Las Vegas Founders.
