As the director of marketing for the Nexus 30, Jason Demuth is responsible for overseeing all corporate and project marketing, consultation on project programming, positioning and branding, sales and marketing plans, staffing and budgets. Nexus 30 is a specialized sales and marketing organization dedicated to leading developers in the design, marketing and sale of resort, urban and mixed-use communities providing irreplaceable lifestyles for owners and guests. Nexus 30’s portfolio includes some of the highest profile resort and urban properties throughout North America. Demuth has provided marketing, project management, and strategic leadership for over a dozen developments at seven destination resorts in three countries, including Aspen-Snowmass, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Mammoth, and Cabo San Lucas. Throughout his career, Demuth has garnered experience in urban, condo-hotel, village, high rise, mid rise, mountain resort, oceanfront, golf communities and fractional real estate.
