Harvey Harrigan is vice president of design and construction at Thomas & Mack Development Group. He joined the organization in 2003 and manages the design and construction of new projects and the remodeling of existing buildings and spaces. Harrigan’s career began in the construction industry as a general contractor. In 1987, he accepted a position with Valley Bank of Nevada’s corporate real estate division and remained there until he joined The Howard Hughes Corporation in 1995. While at Hughes, he managed various tenant improvement projects, including the Hughes Center. In 2000, Harrigan became Tenant Project Director for Rouse Co., where he managed the Fashion Show Mall renovation and similar large-scale projects throughout the country. Harrigan is a LEED Accredited Professional, is a member of NAIOP and serves on their Sustainable Development Committee.
