Geoffrey West is the team leader of CB Richard Ellis’ Private Client Group – Las Vegas Multi-Housing Team and focuses primarily on small multi-family investment properties (5-99 units) and mixed-use development sites. West has been with CBRE since 1999, and including prior experience in commercial real estate lending has almost 15 years experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate industry. This background has provided an excellent foundation for the underwriting, marketing, and sale of commercial projects, and West has represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family, retail, office, industrial, land and mixed-use properties totaling more than $700 million in properties and representing over 4.2 million square feet.
