Gabe Telles is a senior associate in the Industrial Properties division of CB Richard Ellis. Throughout Telles’ 12-year career in commercial real estate, he has demonstrated expertise in acquisitions, dispositions and leasing of office, retail, industrial and land products throughout the Western United States. A Las Vegas native, Telles has extensive knowledge of the local marketplace and has been involved in over two million SF of transactions. Telles is an active member of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member candidate. Telles is a graduate of the University of Nevada-Reno.
