Concentrating on the sale and lease of industrial properties and land for owner/users, investors, and developers, Alderson has negotiated deals for more than 38 million SF and over 1,500 acres of land. Recent assignments include agency representation of a 2.5 million SF industrial portfolio for Operating Engineers Pension Fund, and the disposition of a ProLogis industrial portfolio consisting of 140,000 SF.
