Deborah Ogilvie is a lifelong Las Vegas resident and co-founder of Terra West Property Management. As President, Ogilvie is actively engaged in the daily administration and management of the company. She is the managing director of the Residential Leasing Division and the McCarran International Airport Residential Property Management Program. A hands-on leader, her enthusiasm for delivering the highest level of customer service is evident throughout the Terra West organization. Ogilvie began her real estate career in 1975, became a broker in 1978, and received a property management permit from the State of Nevada Real Estate Division in 1999. She is a graduate of Clark High School and the University of Nevada, Reno. She is an active member of both the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, and served on its Grievance and Professional Standards Committee. She is a founding member of the Community Association Institute, Southern Nevada Chapter, as well as the Community Association Management Executive Officers. She is also a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, and was on the Board of Directors for KNPR, the Las Vegas National Public Radio Station.
