David Stone is one of the top experts in Nevada on homeowners’ association collections. In 1999, he saw the need for a company that collects assessments out of court while also being a proactive counseling resource. Nevada Association Services Inc. does just that. A licensed real estate broker and real estate investor, Stone is schooled in all aspects of foreclosure sales, liens, bankruptcy and homeowner associations. He’s a member of the American Collectors Association, United Trustees Association and Community Associations Institute, and serves on the legislative action committee for Community Associations Institute of Nevada, where he is a chapter sponsor. Stone co-hosts "Homeowner Talk," a television show covering HOA issues. In his free time, Stone lectures on what he’s learned about homeowners associations and foreclosures. He is also a board member for the Jewish Federation of Las Vegas.
