Daniel Palmeri is an associate in the Office Tenant Representation Division for Colliers International – Las Vegas, which he formed in 2008 with Taber Thill, SIOR, to address the Las Vegas Market’s high demand for office leasing expertise. The division focuses on fair representation for the tenants of office properties in Clark County. Among his responsibilities are performing extensive market reports, demographic studies, and office value analysis. Originally from Calabasas, Calif., Palmeri has lived in Las Vegas since 2002. Prior to entering real estate in 2005, he was involved in his family's gourmet Italian restaurant, which was voted best Italian restaurant in 2007 by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He continues to be an active part of the family business. Palmeri is a member of the Urban Land Institute, a candidate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a member of NAIOP Southern Nevada. He is also a participant in NAIOP's Developing Leaders Institute. He contributes his time to the Links for Life Foundation, Colliers International’s charitable giving organization that funds local children's charities.
