Christopher LoBello is an investment sales specialist and oversees Colliers’ investment division. He focuses on leased investments, specializing in the sale of office, medical office and industrial warehouse buildings, retail centers, single-tenant triple-net investments, as well as broker opinion of values. Previously, LoBello was regional manager of the Las Vegas office of a national real estate investment firm, where he was also an agent and earned several income recognition achievement awards. A 37-year resident of Las Vegas, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and a law degree from Creighton. He serves on the executive committee for the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies. He served two terms on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for the Regional Transportation Commission. He is also a member of NAIOP Southern Nevada, where he was on the government affairs, education and communication committees. LoBello is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
