As an associate in the industrial and office division at Colliers International, Chris Jensvold specializes in landlord and tenant representation. He joined Colliers in 2004, and has since been involved in nearly 350,000 square feet of office lease transactions and building and land sales totaling $200 million. Among his current and previous clients are Leslie Dunn, Birtcher Anderson Realty, Glen, Smith & Glen Development, DP Partners, Prologis Development, Anchor Development and Focus Property Group. Jensvold received a NAIOP Spotlight award for Office Team of the Year for 2006. Originally from Washington state, Jensvold moved to Las Vegas in 1996 to earn his bachelor's degree in hotel management, with a minor in economics, from UNLV. He worked for Park Place Entertainment for six years, concentrating on marketing and sales before joining Colliers. An active member of the community, Jensvold serves on the board of trustees for Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada.
