Bruce Follmer is a native of Las Vegas, and has been a Nevada Real Estate licensee since 1985. Follmer began his commercial real estate career in 1988 in Reno with Trammell Crow, where he was credited with the creation of a comprehensive hazardous waste program, an innovative marketing program, and was responsible for daily site inspections and commercial real estate leasing. In 1989, Follmer moved back to Las Vegas, where he has continued his career in leasing and sales of office properties for major developers and landlords. Follmer is an active member of NAIOP, and coaches soccer for local youth organizations.
