Brad Peterson has been a top office broker in the region for 25 years. Clients include AT&T, Morgan Stanley/Smith Barney, Zappos.com, MGM MIRAGE, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ford Motor Credit and Bechtel. His peers have selected him twice for the CBRE Quality of Excellence Award. Peterson and his partner, Randy Broadhead, lead a team of professionals who have leased/sold over 7.5 million SF of office space in the past five years. Peterson is a top-producing member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Broadhead/Peterson team was NAIOP’s “Office Broker of the Year” in 2007 and 2008. Peterson co-chaired Save Our Sports and is on the board of Family and Child Treatment. He volunteers with the Boy Scouts and coaches youth basketball.
