Bob Ybarra joined the CBRE Capital Markets in September 1999 with Melody’s acquisition of the Eberhardt Company. Ybarra brings more than 11 years of experience in underwriting and closings in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity transactions with various lenders including life insurance companies, investment banks, pension funds, commercial banks and government-sponsored enterprises. He is Vice President of CBRE Capital Markets in Las Vegas, where he is the qualified employee and active mortgage agent. Due to the recent market disruptions, Ybarra has been busy with commercial loan workouts for new and existing clients. He has successfully negotiated loan extensions, advance funding, discounted payoffs and amortization rescheduling for numerous commercial loan borrowers.
