Avi Hayon is the senior analyst and managing partner of Commercial Mitigation Group LLC. He has more than 30 years experience in real estate finance and development. Throughout the past two years Commercial Mitigation Group has been successfully off-setting losses for commercial real estate owners by negotiating with their banks on both secured and unsecured debt. This firm has been making inroads longer than anyone else in the commercial sector and has developed relationships with virtually all major lenders. He attendaed Boston University and served in the U.S. Army. Hayon later joined the family business in designing and manufacturing equipment for the baking industry. During the 1980s Hayon purchased land in Boston and developed home sites as well as purchased commercial buildings for rehabilitation and income. In 1997, Hayon was hired by Bernard, Haldane & Associates as a senior analyst and VP of client relations.
