Annette Bubak is co-founder and director of marketing and business development for Distinct Energy Performance, a Las Vegas-based residential and commercial energy performance general contractor specializing in energy audit, retrofit and HVAC services. Bubak is responsible for generating new business in the residential and commercial markets, as well as forming partnerships with utilities, lenders and government agencies that improve the availability of energy audits and improvements in Southern Nevada. Bubak is a founding member and current president of Nevada Energy Star Partners and formed The Green Alliance. She is an active member of Southern Nevada Home Builders’ Association Sales and Marketing Council, NV-A-Bet, Las Vegas High-Rise Condominium Association Governing Board/Sales and Marketing Council, Chamber of Commerce Green Council and Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
